Once you’ve selected your unit (Apartments/Penthouse) in Sobha Skyparks, here’s what we’ll need from you:

  • If you’re a UAE resident, your Emirates ID

  • If you’re an international buyer, a copy of your passport, along with your full name and email address

Now that direct booking is acceptable, we will request you to put down payment of 10% of the total value plus 4% DLD. Within 15 working days, we’ll prepare and issue the SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) and sent to your residence.
